Almost all ice machines were not in working order.

Office staff did not inform us that we had to provide a credit card for other charges after we had extended our stay the first time. We later made some other changes and we asked specifically about providing a credit card and they stated it was not necessary. Then we charged at the restaurant and received a call that they had a problem with not having a credit card on file.
